I have a 2004 Ford F150 Heritage and for the emissions test they want the check engine/service engine soon light to come on. mine doesnt. Its supposed to come on when you turn the key and then turn off when you actually start your engine. there are no OBD diagnostic codes coming up currently- there were a couple that were unrelated but I fixed them (the light wasn't coming on then either) and I took out the instrument cluster but there is no bulb to replace, its LED. would it be something with the on board computer or PCM?? PLEASE HELP!!! thanks!!
