2004 Ford Expedition - What would cause it to stall out in park and not in drive?

I have a 2004 Ford Expedition with a 5.4 liter engine. I'm having problems with it stalling out in park and sometimes while I'm driving around town. When I'm driving it almost shuts down and then recovers. When its in Park it shut off completely. But If i throw it in drive it recovers. HELP!!! I have a computer reader but it shows not codes
