Drives fine, turns on & off ok, but when I put in park turn off, the key gets stuck 1/2 way and won't come out of ignition. I have to switch gears to reverse, neutral or any other then put BACK in park for the key to turn all the way off and get the key out. Anyone know what this is? Or how much it would be to fix?

The Dodge Stratus is a piece of C.R.A.P., regardless of what year it was made. They start to unravel quite early. I had a 2000 model. I also used to sell them at a Dodge dealership in my hometown. They have a high turnover rate, meaning you will see many of them in used cars lots by dissatisfied customers. If it makes it to 100k, you had better get rid of it, at that time, or you will be nickel and dim-ed to death trying to keep it on the road. The earlier you try to sell it, the more you can get, providing the buyer is not as savvy on the history of the Dodge Stratus.

it sounds like the linkage is out of adjustment on it,if you,ll take it by a repair shop they can check this and the cost shouldn't be over 25 bucks to re-adjust it,its just not going all the way in park is what happening to it,and that's whats making the key hard to get out,i own two of those cars and one has already did the same thing, good luck with it.
