2004 Dodge Stratus Lights will not blink?

When I turn my car off and try locking the doors, my front head lights will not flicker. Usually when I get out of the car to lock or unlock they would flicker but now it does neither. Any ideas of what this could possibly be? Thanks.
 
the control module for the alarm system suppose to make them blink when the alarm is turned on if the aren't blinking then the control module may have to be reset,before you take it to a dealer try removing the battery cable for a few minutes and then hook it back up if this doesn't work you,ll have to get a dealer to reprogram the module or replace it,also try turning on the head lights and make sure they still work what the control module does is trip the relay for the head lights so it may have a bad relay on it,i own a 98 model and an 03 with the same system you have on it,good luck with it.
