90% of the time the car runs and drives normally. Occasionally though the check engine light comes on and when accelerating it won't go past 2300 or so rpm. It honestly feels like it's hitting a rev limiter. According to the guys at Autozone the code itself is related to the evap system. I don't know if this is coincidental or not to my problem. But then after parking the car overnight the code goes away and everything will be back to normal again for a few days to a few weeks. Thanks for your help.
