I have a 2004 dodge ram cummins,I never noticed hearing this before,on passenger side firewall there is a ,what I assume a vaccum pump which I hear from inside the cab.When I popped the hood it turns on intermittley is this normal or should it run constant,whats it for? Thanks for your reply.
