2004 dodge ram 1500, transmission question.?

Before I used to get in, turn on the truck and put it in drive and go...
Now after 80,000 miles, I put it in drive and it lags for about a second, before it will move. I checked the tranny fluid and its full.

change the transmission fluid and filter. the filter is starting to clog up.
