Hi my name is nick and I recently (3 days ago) bought a 2004 dodge neon sxt that had a rebuild title but didn't seem like it was in that big of an accident. This morning when I started it the engine was screaching like there was a loose belt which it has done before but after 3-5 sec it stalled out. I tried to start it again with little to no luck, it would either a.) Stall after 2-3 sec ,or b.) not start but the engine would crank. After several attempts the car decided to not even accnolege the fact that I was trying to start it like the battery died so I tried jumping it with again little to no luck seeing as the engine wouldn't even crank. I don't know what the underlying issue is but I am fairly sure that I have flooded the engine in attempt to start it like a moron, any help would be beyond appreciated because its my first car and it already needs to be repaired, thank you.
