2004 dodge neon sxt rear control arm bushing?

can this bushing be changed without removing the whole control arm? If so is there a web site i can go to with a diagram of this front end suspension?
 
maybe with a air chisel really not much more to remove both ends really you can get the rent a tool to help pry a part or knock loose old days we called it a crow foot but really nothing to it it will have to be knock out or drilled but can do it at home might try typing

might add video to end of either and find it maybe help some really go buy new one and you can pretty much see what you got to do i think it woul dbe btter to remove whole thing which not going to be much harder
