Unfortuantely it's not just your transmission. It's that stupid 4.7L motor. This was the best and worst thing Chrysler ever designed. Your about to have more problems happening. I am going to guess your motor at best is around 60,000mi OD. And your AC is starting to weaken from when you originally got the truck, and possibly a slight knock happens in the morning if the temperature is below 40 degrees.
Next your engine will start to get that knock all the time. Shortly after that you will start to notice a pulling from you can only guess is the engine bay. finally one day you will be driving and your truck will over heat and you will take it to the shop, were, they will tell you it's just the O2 sensor or it might be the radiator or the fan who knows...? But they do know. After they do a few different things to it and it start to seem like everything is all good you'll take the truck out of town one day to go do something and the engine will completely sieze up on you and won't work anymore. You'll take it back to them and they'll tell you that you need a new engine and you'll start the process over again. Have fun.
BTW there is nothing you can do to stop it the 4.7L that start that process never stop. The ones that don't. well those people are just lucky.
