2003 toyota tacoma squeal from rear all the time .how do you fix it?

i only get the noise when im driving going forward it seems to be coming from the passenger rear drum..it has all new brakes all the way around.emergency brake is adjusted and not dragging.i recently lifted it 2 1/2 inches.and raised the proportioning valve to compensate for it...
