2003 Toyota Tacoma (shaking/rattling)?

Every time I stop at a red light my car starts shaking, its drives fine. Its only when I come to a complete stop its start rattling a bit. Does anyone have any idea what this can be?
 
it sounds like a vacuum leak. either a line fell off or cracked. You should also check your plugs and make sure they are all firing
