2003 SUZUKI XL7 Timing Chain?

so im looking to buy a car and i found this one for 2000$, everything looks good exept for it has a broken timing chain.. i was just wondering how much that would be to replace and if you think its a good deal.. again its a 2003 SUZKI XL7 4x4 V6 with 144k miles.
 
Timing chain/gears/tensioner and other related parts with labor is well over $4000! Not to mention that the valves in the heads are probably bent....your better off getting a used engine.
