Spark plugs look fine. Are you saying they are new, dry, or wet? If they are wet dry them off with a lighter, crank the motor over with the plugs out to dry out the cylinders. Try installing them and trying again.
Did you soak down the MAF sensor? If you did it may be the problem. You can unplug the MAF sensor and try starting the vehicle but you will set a code for the MAF sensor and need to erase it. It's one way to see if the MAF is bad.
