I have a winding sound or whistle sound coming from the motor..I was told it could be the alternator...I.had my alternator replace.. winding sound still presist. This happens when I accelate in drive.... when idling...does not... Can the mechanic run a compression check to define the problem?
Maybe could be the timing belt, pulley .or bracket out of line...or maybe the water pump or transmission.?? I have an extended warranty..
I have 58,ooo miles , use it for work..25 miles daily.
Please help me...soon!
