2003 lincoln town car window leaks?

i have a 2003 lincoln town car. it seems that every time it rains out there is a puddle of water left on the passenger side floorboard in the rear seating area.is this an ongoing problem?.has anyone experienced this yet.is this a recall problem.please let me know.thank you kindly....mr b.
