2003 jeep grand cherokee wheel vibrations?

I have a 2003 jeep grand cherokee lareado 2wd 4.oL 6cyl. It has begun pulling to the right very hard and is wearing down the right half of the front passenger side wheel. Also when I reach 45mph it will begin to virate from that wheel very violently until I get to about 52mph where the ride will smooth out. If I brake in that speed zone I nearly lose control because the vibrations become so bad that the entire vehicle starts to hop around.
Any Ideas what might be causing this and if so how can I fix it?

You could try a few things.

1.Make sure the wheels are tightened all of the way down.
2.Get a four wheel alighnment.
