2003 honda civic si problem?

i have a 2003 honda civic si and i don't know whats happening recently i warm up my car and start driving it when im in a stop sign the rev go down almost to 0 and starts shaking, and when im driving it and i put it in neutral it does the same thing but after 10 minutes of driving it starts doing ok please help.

note. i changed my spark plugs 2 days ago and it happened yesterday
 
Hi.. Could be a faulty MAF sensor or a really dirty throttle body. Same thing happened to my 2005 Civic, but it was a LX.
 
faulty plug or the air filter is full of dirt ..... hav you got an induction kit on it if so take it off
