The vehicle needed a jump start a couple of times so I had the battery tested. It was found to be dead battery so I got a new one and now weird stuff. Car wont start obviously, whenever I try to start the car, roll down windows, lock/unlock doors something right behind the passenger side dash clicks very rapidly. I've heard the starter click before and that was under the hood not in the dash. I checked all the fuses in the car and under the hood. It also sounds like there is a large electrical pop happening whenever I try and start the car in the engine fuse box, but I can't pinpoint it. I haven't checked any relays because I don't know how.HELP?
