2003 Honda Civic - Locks aren't working properly?

My 2003 Honda Civic was recently broken into, and now the door locks are not functioning properly. It's all a bit random, so here goes...

- Key-less entry does not work (lock or unlock).
- Manual key entry will lock and unlock.
- Driver's side door will not lock (manually pressing down the lock on the inside door) when car is not in motion.
- All other doors will lock and unlock when each individual door lock is pressed down / lifted up.
- Sometimes, when the car is running and in motion, the driver's side lock switch is able to lock and unlock all doors.
- When the car is not in motion, turned off, etc. pressing down the driver's side lock manually does not work (it won't press down all the way).

Any ideas? When the car is on and in motion, everything works normally except the key-less entry.
