2003 Honda Civic EX 2 Doors 110000miles for $5500... Is it worth it?

If you are looking for a seventh generation Honda Civic EX (2001-2005 model years), which it seems that you are, I think that $5,500 is a pretty good deal. Because I looked and I cannot find another Honda Civic EX in any condition for less that around $7,000. So I think that $5,500 is a very good deal.
 
I drove the car today, and it seems nice and clean. The guy said it does not have any accidents on it, and I honestly need to know ... would you buy it?
