2003 Harley Davidson sportster headlight upgrade?

I have a HD 2003 1200 sportster custom and work nights a lot and half my ride is in the country on back roads with curves and the shoulder consists of trees and ditches. I've had some close calls with deer and I'd like to get a brighter headlight setup but the triple tree light setup says it won't fit if I have an engine guard. Are there any options to getting a brighter single headlamp? The harley website only offers a deep bullet lamp and the triple tree chrome auxiliary lighting kit which won't fit since I have the engine guard.
 
one caveat you may want to consider,is the amperage draw of the light you choose. the Sportster charging system will have to be able to handle it. I like the Harley HID setup.Oncoming cars don't.I also have the driving lights mounted on the Engine guard,with the right one canted into the weeds a bit. This set up has saved my bacon a couple of times.I only use the driving lights in the country, my Friends tell me that they are rather annoying,if I follow them with them on.
