2003 Ford F150 Throttle Body Replace?

cold air intake
throttle body spacer
flowmaster 50

Question:

If i upgrade my throttle body to a name brand, will i see horsepower/torque/throttle response improvements?
Is this a good modification after throttle body spacer and a cold air intake?
