I have an '03 explorer and recently replaced the battery. The car works fine but the stereo won't turn on and the time display doesn't even come up. This happened awhile ago and I remember having to put in a code and that turned it on. I've read the whole owner's manuel and see nothing regarding resetting the stereo after replacing the battery. How do I input the code and get my stereo working, help me!!

I have tried turning on the car and entering the radio code and the screen still remains blank. If you do not have the radio code, you will have to take it to a ford dealer so they can reset the code for you. Before you do that, check your fuse to the radio, it could be blown, if it is replace it and you will save yourself a lot of money.
