2003 Ford Excursion Electrical Question?

I have a 2003 Ford Excursion Limited V10.The batery went dead.When I started the truck up the power windows instrument gauges, interior lights etc. wouldn't work. I checked all the fuses they all appear to be good.This happened before and I pulled the fuses of the stuff that wasn't working and put them back in. this worked then, but not now any suggestions?
 
Check the fuse junction panel (AKA the GEM module) under the instrument cluster for water intrusion. If this vehicle has water leaks from the driver side windshield area, it will cause some very weird symptoms like you describe. Hope this helps.
