2003 Ford Escape. 3.0L V6 Engine. Vehicle will start, but will not stay running unless you have your foot on the gas pedal. If you remove your foot from the gas pedal, the car dies and the Check Engine, Oil, and Battery lights illuminate on the dash. Keep in the mind, vehicle was parked on a upward sloping driveway. Fairly good uphill slope.
I was able to relocate the vehicle to flat ground and now the vehicle will stay running, but it idles so slow (less the 100 RPMS) that it doesn't register on the tacometer. No lights illuminate on the dash.
Would could be the problem? Thank you in advance for your assistance!
