2003 dodge ram 2500 air conditioning problem.?

My air conditioner on my 2003 dodge ram 2500 cummins diesel truck has a air conditioning problem. When i am driving down the road the air conditioner vent blows cold on the drivers side but hot air on the passenger side and when i stop it cools down a little and i go again it gets hot. I checked the coolant an its all good. Thanks
