2003 Chrysler sebring no compression?

If you have combustion in your coolant or anti-freeze in your tailpipe, I would say you have a blown head gasket. You need to the engine rebuilt or replaced. Again.
 
I remove the 2.7 engine it was running fine it just had a rod knock pulled the engine replace the Crank with new matching Crank with Bearings and new oil pump the Timing Chain and the tensioners are new I did not touch the top end because the last onwer said it was done by Chrysler
and after looking at it the heads were planed and new water pump was put in too when crank it over it has no compression in one cyl I tested can it be 180 out? I was going to do leak down test the the car had good compression before any ideas??
