as long as those lights arent blinking, it will be safe to drive. abs is translated into anti lock braking system. this does not stop the brakes from doing their job when the light is on, it just says that something is stopping the abs part of the system from doing their job. the traction control light goes the same, if its not blinking, its fine to drive. the traction control system just makes sure that the tires dont spin as much as they would if the car didnt have it. in wintertime this is a very good option, but for now, i wouldnt worry. when you get the time to take it in, take it to a certified gm dealership, have them run a 50 dollar diagnostic check, and let them asess the problem. when this is done, they will tell you what needs to be done to the car, and what the magnitude of damage is. and like with anything, the higher the damage, the more expensive it is to fix
