HELLO; Get a manual and reajust the clutch, and some times the cable can be so dry that it feels the same way, get some cable lube not 30wt. oil as it will gum up and youll have a worse problem, cable lube and a cable lube tool, you can buy it as a kit and remove the cable from the lever and fallow the directions and see what happens. GOOD LUCK....GREASY.
