2002 toyota tacoma 2.7 engine has dtc p0300,p0301?

vehicle runs good but once in a while will have hard miss-intermitent.allready change plugs and coil,checked for blown head gasket none apparent any ideas? thanks
 
P0300 is a random cylinder misfire
P0301 is a misfire in cylinder #1.

you changed plugs and coil, probably wasn't necessary.

Usually a bottle of fuel injector cleaner fixes this.
8 out of 10 times, this fixes a cylinder misfire.

don't buy a cheap bottle of cleaner, anything over $7.
Like Seafoam, Redline, Techron, Valvoline Synpower...

Give the cleaner like 90 miles to begin to work.
If you still have the codes, then you have to look at the intake manifold gasket then. it means that air is getting sucked into the cylinder that the computer can't compensate for. Headgasket wouldn't affect this.
