2002 toyota solara. help!?

i have a 2002 toyota solara 2.4L. i want to upgrade to a cold air intake or a short ram. so far i have only found one brand that will fit my car. does it matter if the car is a v6 or 2.4L? will it fit both of them? please help. i want to know how to find out what will fit my car
