so i live in northern virginia and drive a 2002 toyota echo and this morning it completely shut off on me, WHILE I WAS DRIVING. now, its snowing pretty hard here, and the brakes didnt even feel like they were working in my car (i was sliding really bad). Now, i know its not a bad ignition coil or battery cause i just tuned it up over the summer (and they replaced coil) so i'm thinking maybe i just stalled out, but my car didnt jerk or anything, so im not sure if thats it. I was able to start it right back up and drive home but im really freaked out about what happened. Could the snow have something to do with this catastrophe??? Thanks

well a part can fail at any time new or old and what it doing now other than it died just it crank over does it not cranks over but not start sign of no fuel or no spark so have you been adding any fuel treatment to keep fuel system clean and water free have you check for spark cant say its not bad if you have not check it dont matter if you replace coil yesterday they can go bad any time
