fusible link at starter. Those cars are notorious about getting hot at starter, melting entire link. Check that first. Check solenoid on starter. You do not have to buy an entire starter just for solenoid. Have a rebuild shop check it for you. Also check ground wire for ignition, from starter to battery, then battery to frame. Check ignition fuse, and relay. Check battery voltage, it may be too low to start car. After all that, there is still a lot more to check. That should get you some good starting places.
