2002 pontiac bonneville SLE minor problems.?

Let me start with the rear middle reflector between the two tail lights. Seems there is quite a bit of water collecting inside of the reflector. So much that when i hit the trunk release it no longer opens all the way without me opening it the rest of the way. Any answers in how to drain the water and fix the problem?? Second is that i have a very slow and random anti-freeze leak under the car toward the back of the engine. Maybe head gasket is worn? And third the turn signal indicator seems to be to slow. something like this click...................click....................click. when I bought the car, it was click...click...click. You get the point lol. Any thoughts?
 
Problem #1....Replace the reflector...the seal is compromised.

Problem #2... Replace the throttle body seal...when cold the the seal is unable to prevent coolant from escaping between the manifold and the throttle body and leaks at the bottom and then drips down along the bell housing to the rear of the engine.

Problem #3... Replace the turn signal flasher...it has lived a good life
