I was driving on the freeway yesterday when my engine just stopped and I had to pull over. I tried to restart the car but it wouldnt. The gas gauge showed half a tank but the car has died like this before when the gauge showed 1/3 and 1/2 left. I had someone bring me some gas about 20 minutes later and it started again. I then drove it to a gas station and filled it up. The gas pump stopped at 8 gallons so i still had about 8 gallons left when it died. Im wondering what is wrong with the car and what its going to cost to fix it. Any info would be helpful Thanks
