factory pads and rotors. you can either go to your nearest lexus or toyota dealer.
the es300 is the same thing as a camry. so they should stock parts for your car.
trust me, i have used aftermarket pads and rotors before and they suck. they wear out fast, warp, make noise.
stick with factory stuff if you just need brakes.... unless you want performance brake parts... but than you will have to spend 2-3 times more.
