2002 JEEP Sahara basic tuneup?

I'm on my third Wrangler but the first without a distributor. What needs to be replaced besides the plugs and wires for a basic tuneup since there is no cap and rotor?

Note that it is really like all my other jeeps except for the ignition system. Give a fellow Jeepster some tips.

Serp belt (50,000 miles), Radiator flush, Trans flush and filter, air filter, check battery. These vehicles pretty much come maintenance free until 100,000 miles.
