2002 Jeep Liberty noise issue coming from motor any ideas?

It only makes the noise when its cold like first thing in the morning changed the power steering pump and Alternator. still makes the noise. Don't Think its the motor think its one of pulleys. Maybe water Pump? Any Ideas?
 
Try removing the belt and starting when it usually makes the noise that way you can tell if its the motor or a belt driven component . If its the motor make sure you oil is full and proper weight for your vehicle and area also a good oil filter may help. If noise is gone with belt off then try spinning pulleys by had to see it you can hear anything .
