2002 Honda Vlx 600 Shadow won't turn over?

I just pulled my bike out of the garage this spring and I haven't been able to get it running. I have a 2002 Honda shadow VLX 600 (VT600CD). It turned over a few times and then it sounded like the battery was dead so I let go of the starter button. Tried again and it won’t turn over at all. All it does is the headlight goes dim when I hit the starter switch. Bike is in natural kick stand is down lights are on all is good there. Here’s what I already checked: Battery is good, Changed the starter relay, Checked the ignition switch, Checked the kick stand switch, Checked and TESTED all the fuses.

Could it be the Ignition control module??

What am I missing??

Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!

Battery is NOT good!
Pull it out, take it to an auto-parts store for a load test.
The voltage may indicate it's good but the starting amperage is weak.
Or do a long-charge as indicated on the top of the battery and try again.
