R Riff New member Sep 10, 2009 #1 basicly the car shifts hard sometimes from 1st to 2nd... and when i went to pass someone today it wouldnt downshift so i could get around them... any thoughts? btw its my girlfriends car and now she says the check engine light came on the other day
