Does anyone know the schematics of the negative battery terminal past that has the wiring harness with 6 wires coming off the wiring post. That metal connector snapped. Went to junk yard and replaced wire for wire and connect post to ground of car bc the battery terminal is all junk. Went to start car and I have check engine now and battery will smoke. Is that wire post wire harness just a ground for like the starter? If that is the case it should not smoke the battery.
