I am a college student with a limited budget of 5000.00. I recently started looking for cars and found it very difficult to find decent car in my price range, with less than 100,000 miles on them. In my search so far I found a 2002 dodge neon for 5400.00 out the door with taxes and fees. It is an SE model 51,000 miles on it, in very good condition. The only thing is it has an idle shaking problem, when I 1st test drove it was horrible then it got better as I drove it a little more. The motor mounts were replaced and it passed inspection.
The t&c is the same year, with 67,000, body in great condition. When I test drove it, the only thing I notice was some shaking with the wheel.
My question is if any of these cars are good options if I am looking to get another 3-4yrs out of a car with out spending a crap load of cash on repairs or should I just keep looking?
Thanks in advance for you answers
