2002 Dodge caravan engine light came on 75k miles.?

Yeah today i was driving around and I noticed all of a sudden the engine stuttered and my car started slowing down. I was driving on base so i wasnt going fast probably around 35 mph. Anyways after the engine kinda stuttered the Engine Light came on. 2 months ago i got a tune up and had the spark plugs changed. Not sure what this is. Gonna have to take it to a mechanic, but just wanted a idea of what it could be since my husband is deployed. Thanks in advance.
 
It does sound like the spark plugs. You know whats weird. Dodge i think call for Champion spark plugs. Your mechanic probably put them in. Champion plugs started causing me problems almost immediately, i suggest rechanging all your spark plugs do a different brand. Like Bosch.
