2002 Chrysler Town & Country Minivan... Steering problems?

Ok someone noticed that I have a line or hose dangling under neath my car on my home.
IT is under the middle of the car.
Then I noticed it was hard to steer the vehicle around corners like I lost the power steering.
What do you think the line is?
 
not power steering... your pump would be VERY loud... its possibly a Vacuum vent hose for the trans witch is ok just if you can zip tie it back up
