2002 Chevy Impala 75k miles for $4200 (taxes and title included)...is this a good...

...deal? Good car? I'm also looking at a 2000 Hyundai Accent with 47k miles for the same price. The Chevy Impala is nice, has nice features (CD, power windows) and is very roomy, but the Accent is smaller and not as nice but gets great gas mileage and has almost half the miles. Would love your thoughts to help me decide.
Its the Base Impala with the 3.4 L engine.
