Hi, my warrior has always ran great, but one day i was riding about 30 minutes,(i was gittin on it alittle more than ussual) but it started cuttin out on me, meaning it started boggin down when i would give it gas. I let it sitt about an hour, then it ran great again. So did I over heat it or what was goin on? Thanks for any help! oh yea it has k/n filter no lid air box, Cobra pipe, jetted 148.
I just used carb rebuild kit and put the Dynojets in about two months ago. It had a 50 jet in it when I got it, but I thought that was too big, though I don't know. The guy I got it from said he never had any work done on it, but he wasn't sure about befor he got it. But someone had the 150 jet in it and Cobra pipe and K/N with no lid, also the cover on the intake valve someone wrote .004, so what do you think? Thanks so much!
Well now if I give it throttle slowly its ok, but if I gas it too fast it'll die. or almost die till I let off the
gas.
floats are set .5 in like the manual says. nothing is cloged up. Is the 150 jet too big?
The one thing I noticed in carb was the accelerator plunger was stickin alittle, I put a couple drops of oil on it, now it moves fine.
If I'm sittin still and gun it wide open it dies, but if i take off easy then get on it, it seems ok.
