2001 Yamaha R6 won't turn over and is leaking gas.?

I bought an 01 r6 the other day and it was running fine out of the dealership. Went to go to work today, engine turned over but the throttle wouldn't catch. The bike stalled and won't start anymore. Gas was leaking from the bike at a pretty decent rate.

You probably have a whole in your gas tank, or maybe your fuel lines are cut or something. get it checked!

Did you turn the fuel reserve switch? How much did you ride yesterday? was it enough to run the gas almost empty?
If the tank had debris or gunk in the bottom of the tank and you ran it really low, that debris could have been sucked throu the fuel system and clogged it.

What happens when you try to push start it?

Before you try to do anything, take it back to the stealership and tell them you want your money back because they sold you a clunker. They should fix it for free.
