Also had rotten egg smell inside truck.
The firing order #6 misfired but plug was good. Plug wire was replaced. Replaced coil pack with no difference.
 
Did you let off a beauty. (For the smell) Ha Ha. Some cars do get that smell but I have no idea what it is. Have you had the wheels balanced. maybe revs too low. I hope you have windows to wind down for the smell. Just having a good laugh about the rotten egg smell. If I was feeling bad you would of cheered me up reading this about the smell. Seriously if you increase the revs it might help!!! Good luck. NO FARTING.
 
could be a coupling ie like a viscous coupling on a land rover or if it has a prop shaft then it may well have become unbalanced

could be a bad wire clogged egr or pcv valve causing both conditions. to much unburned fuel in the cat.
 
Rotten egg gas is unleaded fuel and the fact that you can smell it in the cab while these other symptoms are there means that you need a mechanic to check it out. Could be serious.
