2001 kawasaki ke100, when i go open throttle on any gear it doesn't do

anything.Its like it dies.? so when I start it I put it in gear and go, but when I try to go open throttle and accelelarate fast, the bike dies on some occasions. On others it takes like 5-10 seconds for it to finaly go. What could be the problem? and how canI fix it.
